Kevin is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Real Liquidity. He drives the company's vision, strategy and growth, and has been dedicated to building the framework and disruptive model that is transforming the way investors buy and sell real estate.
Before founding Real Liquidity, Kevin was the founder and CEO of Diamond Data Company, a disruptive SaaS and data aggregation platform focused on bringing fragmented, highly valuable real estate information and market intelligence to industry professionals.
Guy has spent the vast majority of his career pioneering new technology for the commercial real estate sector and has been a technology advisor and board member to numerous start-up and industry leading companies.
Kevin is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events and conferences across the US.
Stan Sprenger
Manager
Stan's career spans over two decades in the hospitality industry. In the late 90's Stan founded Resort Reservations Networks that oversaw the sales, marketing and reservation management at 11 Intrawest Resort properties representing over 4,500 units. Under his guidance the division grew from $15 million in sales to over $100 million with a team of over 450 staff and developed a state of the property management and reservation system.
Stan now oversees an investment portfolio in real estate, hospitality and development and eCommerce businesses with over 600 employees. Specialties: Real estate, development and eCommerce.
